Can the high-voltage ceramic capacitor be set at the nominal voltage for long-term operation?

The so-called nominal voltage refers to the voltage marked on the capacitor, also called the rated voltage. Some users will ask: Now that the marked voltage is 50KV, can I work for a long time at a voltage set to 50KV? Of course it can! Because we The 50KVDC capacitor has a withstand voltage far exceeding 80KVDC. However, please note:
As we all know, long-term work, if it is full load, this will cause damage to the life of the capacitor. Because the safety margin of the voltage is not enough! If the life of the capacitor is long enough, the margin still needs to be reserved! The capacitor can be set to about 30KV for long-term use. I have also seen customers working for 20KV capacitors for a long time, and they have worked in cruel environments for many years without abnormalities, that is, there is enough margin!
Another example is the standard of the power system, the 10KV AC power grid requires that the withstand voltage of the capacitor can reach or exceed 42KVAC, which is the reason. Because safety is no small matter, the equipment is not allowed to go wrong. Once there is a problem, the power grid will lose a lot !
Therefore, the correct usage is: it is recommended to use it within the marked voltage, never exceed the rated voltage, which will affect the life of the device!

The test result of Meizhi capacitive transformer is OK
Performance is at the top level in China,

Used in the national power grid, etc.,

Welcome new and old customers to consult the power transformer! ! !
