FAST astronomical radio telescope, also known as "Chinese Sky Eye", is the world's largest radio telescope established by the National Astronomical Observatory of the Chinese Academy of Sciences in Pingtang, Guizhou. In order to obtain the purest electromagnetic environment, the 8 power stations of the telescope need to be filtered. The first to enable the thin film capacitor filtering scheme. In 2017, we undertook the project construction of the National Astronomical Observatory of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, responsible for the research and development of EMI common mode filters, replacing high-voltage film capacitor filters with high-voltage ceramic capacitor filters, to achieve product replacement and elimination. After half a year of research and development, under the guidance of experts from the Chinese Academy of Sciences Observatory, our team finally broke through various technical difficulties, developed small size and higher performance filters, and completed the production and installation tasks in advance in the 2018 project contract.
